ASEAN region has reported a total of 17,101,049 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 07 February 2022 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 17,101,049 Covid-19 cases, this includes 315,607 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 4,516,480 people (144,554 deaths)
- Philippines: 3,609,568 people (54,526 deaths)
- Malaysia: 2,914,220 people (32,034 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,507,471 people (22,306 deaths)
- Vietnam: 2,341,971 people (38,324 deaths)
- Myanmar: 537,901 people (19,310 deaths)
- Singapore: 397,823 people (871 deaths)
- Laos: 136,438 people (569 deaths)
- Cambodia: 121,773 people (3,015 deaths)
- Brunei: 17,404 people (98 deaths)
